I ordered 4 knobs for my bathroom vanity. After installation, I attempted to open a drawer and the stone knob just completely pulled right off the screw backing. Hoping this was just a faulty knob because I haven't had that problem with any of the others. I contacted the seller for a replacement and she sent one out without asking me to pay anything additional (expected for a faulty product). However, the replacement knob didn't match the others that I had originally ordered; it has a thick plastic back instead of a brass metal back. So I had to contact the seller again and I asked for a replacement ASAP, since this was a SECOND replacement. She was not very quick to respond to I escalated the case to Etsy and that got her attention. 2nd replacement knob has been installed so we'll see how the quality holds up. They look nice.
