Delivery, Returns, Shipping, Stock Levels

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER -  It is our goal to get you your order as quickly as possible.  Generally your order will be processed within a few hours and mailed out within a couple of days.  We use USPS flat rate boxes and will batch mail larger orders to save on shipping.  

Live outside of the US? No problem, we deliver worldwide. Higher shipping shipping rates do apply and will be calculated based on weight and delivery method.   

OUR STOCK LEVELS -  Most of the items shown on our site are in stock.  If for some reason an item is not available and we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours, giving you the opportunity to amend, cancel or wait.  However, generally out of stock items will either be removed or will say "out of stock".  

SHIPPING - Standard Shipping rates apply.  Shipping rates are based on weight.  Orders up to 1 lbs are charged $3.67 and orders over 1 lbs are charged $4.99  Shipping time is generally 5-7 business days via USPS.

RETURNS -  We want you to LOVE your purchase, so if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please do get in touch.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, and returns sent within the time frame will be refunded in full minus the postage.  Please follow the steps below: 

1.  Email within a week of receiving the item and let us know which items you wish to return.  

2. Print out a copy of your returns form which you can find HERE. Fill it out and enclose with your shipment.

3. Pack items carefully and wrap everything separately.  Re-use shipping material sent to you in original package as needed.  Make sure small parts ie. screws, bolts and fittings are wrapped separately to avoid damage.  Make sure there are no visible barcodes or shipping details from previous shipments on the exterior of the packing if re-using packaging.

4.  As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along with paying the shipping cost for the return.  Please make sure your parcel is insured etc as the items are your responsibility until we receive them.  

FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS - Please let us know within 48 hours of getting your shipment if any of the items ordered are broken, faulty or missing.  Email sales at and include your order number, full name and contact information.  Also, if possible, email a picture of any damage so we can take care of the problem quickly.
