I'm all too used to disappointment when ordering home décor online without physically examining for quality. That said, I am totally satisfied with my purchase of these fluted pulls. They are beautiful - true to the displayed color, the flutes are cut crisp, and there is heft to them, as you'd expect from brass pulls. In full natural light, they are a little shinier than displayed but not obnoxious. Definitely built some trust here in this customer.
